Important:

There is no automatic reply but you will receive an email within 24h with availability and payment details.  

Confirmation upon payment by bank transfer within 2 days of receipt of email. 

 If no payment is received within this timeframe, the date/time can be attributed to another child.

Cancellation is only valid upon receiving a medical certificate of the child the day before the event at the very latest.

Any other cancellation can only be accepted if the time slot is re-attributed to another child.
